Appetizer: cured meat, herb butter and focaccia
Main course: Christmas plate with "ribbe" (pork ribs), "pinnekjøtt" (cured sheep), medister cakes, sausages, brown sauce, stewed swedes, brussels sprouts, golden eyed potatoes and lingonberries
Dessert: Crème Brulee with cloudberies and cloudberry biscuits.
